Many of our products are printed on demand, meaning they're created after you place your order. Here's everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds.

1. Shipping Destinations

Shipping availability may vary depending on the product, production partner, and delivery location.

2. Production & Delivery Times

Since many of our products are made to order, your estimated delivery time includes both production and shipping.

Production times may vary depending on the product and production facility.

Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout.

Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, customs procedures, or other circumstances.

Your applicable statutory delivery rights remain unaffected.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order and delivery destination.

All applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, you'll receive shipping updates using the contact details provided during checkout.

Tracking information may take some time to become available after your order has been shipped.

5. Multiple Shipments

Some products may be produced at different facilities.

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at contact@desmineboutique.com.

We'll do our best to help, but address changes may not be possible once an order has entered production or has been shipped.

7. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the communicated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number and available tracking details.

We'll review the situation and assist you in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered!

Return eligibility depends on the product, the circumstances of your purchase, and applicable consumer protection laws.

Please include your order number and the reason for your request.

We'll review your request and provide the appropriate instructions.

Do not send products back before receiving the correct return instructions and address.

This procedure does not limit your statutory rights.

9. Print-on-Demand Products

Many DESMINE BOUTIQUE products are printed specifically after an order is placed.

However, print-on-demand production alone does not automatically exclude statutory return or withdrawal rights.

Certain exceptions may apply to products made to individual customer specifications or clearly personalized, where permitted by applicable law.

Standard catalog products printed after purchase are not automatically considered personalized items.

10. Right of Withdrawal

Where French or applicable European consumer protection law provides a statutory right of withdrawal, eligible Customers generally have fourteen 14 days from receiving their products to notify us of their decision to withdraw.

Customers then generally have fourteen 14 days to return the products.

No reason is required to exercise this right.

Certain legal exceptions may apply, particularly to clearly personalized products.

11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Something not quite right? Let's fix it.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@desmineboutique.com.

Include:

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs of the product, if possible.

We'll review the situation and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your applicable rights.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, refund, or another legally required remedy.

12. Wrong Size or Change of Mind

We recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering.

If you've ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, please contact us to discuss the available options.

Voluntary exchanges are subject to product eligibility and availability.

Any applicable statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

13. Refunds

Refunds are issued in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Where a refund is approved or legally required, it will generally be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or permitted by law.

Where statutory withdrawal rights apply, refunds will be processed within the legally required timeframe.

When permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until the returned products have been received or proof of shipment has been provided.

Any legally required reimbursement of standard original delivery charges will also be included.
